Our Lenten Sessions

There will be a series of six Lenten Sessions running on Monday evenings at 7.30 pm beginning on Monday 15th February and finishing on Monday 22nd March. Each session will be hosted by a parish group who will organise and manage their session.
Here is the format and approximate timings:

• Welcome & Introductions (MC) : 1min
• Prayer or Poem or Reflection : 2-3mins (chosen by the host group)
• Gospel Reading : 3mins (the gospel for the upcoming Sunday)
• Art Work : 3-5mins (chosen by the host group)
• Quiet Time : 2mins
• Breakout Rooms : 30mins (discussion about anything you've seen or heard)
• Charity Appeal : up to 5mins (SSVP)
• Cluster Prayer (read by MC) : 2mins
• Hymn : 3-4mins (chosen by the host group)
• Action for following week (on screen but read by MC) : 1min
• Goodnight - MC :1min
• Overall, between 50 and 60 minutes in length

The charity appeal would be for the St Vincent de Paul Society whose funds have been severely depleted since the closure of our church buildings.
