Sacramental Preparation

First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation in the Cluster

In our three Cluster parishes of St Catherine’s, St Gregory’s and St John Vianney’s, we normally celebrate the sacraments as follows:

• First Reconciliation ~ Primary 3 ~ usually during Lent
• First Communion ~ Primary 4 ~ usually during June
• Confirmation ~ Primary 7 ~ usually during May

There is a program of preparation for each of these sacraments.  Our parish catechists work with the parish primary schools (St John Vianney’s and St Catherine’s) and parents to prepare our young people.

If your child attends St John Vianney’s or St Catherine’s Primary School, the school will let you know when the preparation program is starting and what it will involve. 

If your child attends a school other than St Catherine’s or St John Vianney’s, you will need to complete a form to register and have your child enrolled in the sacramental preparation program. Please click here to open and complete the form - Sacramental Preparation Registration Form.
