Preparing for next week’s gospel: 

Mark 6:7-13       He began to send them out.

"Thank you so much - you don't know how much this means to me. God bless you!"

It's wonderful when someone says that to us - often taking us completely by surprise. The apostles must have heard that often as they cured sick people and cast out demons in Jesus' name.

  1. Jesus is sending you out this week with the same power as he gave the apostles. What might you do this week "in Jesus' name"?
  2. Recall a time when you were called away on an emergency without the usual necessities. How did/didn't you cope?? (Share in your group)
